**30-day hassle-free returns**

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not happy with it, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

### How to start a return
1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you and issue your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.

### Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to pay for return shipping.

### Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed or are not in their original packaging can't be returned unless they are defective.

### Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different color or set is to return the item you have and place a new order.
