### Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including APO/FPO where carriers allow).

### Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

### Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. In total, you can typically expect your order within 4–7 business days of ordering. During peak seasons and holidays, carrier delays can add a few days.

### Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

### Multiple packages
Orders with more than one item may occasionally ship in separate packages.

### Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

### Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it — we can update it only before the order ships.
